Where is your pork sourced?
All of our pork is proudly sourced from trusted British farms, with a strong emphasis on local Yorkshire producers. We strictly select high-welfare farms that raise their pigs traditionally, ensuring the animals are well-cared for, which directly results in superior flavour and texture.
Why does your pork taste better than standard supermarket pork?
Unlike mass-produced supermarket pork, our meat is 100% natural with absolutely no added water or growth-promoting salts. This means our pork chops, sausages, and joints won’t shrink excessively in the pan or dry out when cooking. You get honest, traditional pork with natural succulence and exceptional depth of flavour.
How is your pork prepared?
Every cut of pork, from our lean tenderloins to our spectacular roasting joints, is hand-cut and expertly prepared by our master butchers at Mill Close Farm in North Yorkshire. We score our roasting joints perfectly to ensure you get the ultimate crispy crackling at home.
Is the pork delivered fresh or frozen?
Like all our core meats, our pork is delivered to your door fresh and chilled, never pre-frozen. It is butchered to order and packed into temperature-controlled, insulated boxes. Because it arrives fresh, you can choose to cook it straight away or safely freeze it for a later date.
