Because we prepare our seasonal products completely fresh and deliver them chilled (never pre-frozen), the vast majority of our seasonal items are perfectly suitable for home freezing. Everything is individually vacuum-packed and sealed, making it easy to stock up early and defrost safely when you are ready.
